The conversation revolved around the recent wrap up of the Department of Justice investigation into various SBC entities’ handling of sexual abuse allegations, the top three lawsuits pending against the SBC and how the EC is moving forward with response and reform efforts regarding sexual abuse in churches.
Iorg also shares what his first 10 months on the job have been like (his first day was May 13, 2024) and provides insight into the work of the SBC Credentials Committee.
