Talking family-centered economies with Rory Groves

Today I’ve got Rory Groves with me. Rory is a computer programmer who knew that the very nature of a technology industry was that change and innovation was constant. But when he started having kids, he found that he wanted to create something more lasting and have a different kind of lifestyle that would let him work with his family more as his kids were growing up. So he did some researching that resulted in a big shift. Let’s dive in.
