This year’s Southeastern Classic golf tournament raised more than $120,000 for student scholarships for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary students.
For a call to be effective, there must be an answer. That was the emphasis of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma’s The Call Conference, with the theme, “Answer: Calling Out the Called.”
Participants are given resources and equipped with knowledge and skills to enable them to influence and lead their peers to be intentional in living a holistic missions lifestyle.
“The key to the success … was the people of God have been praying for months for this crusade,” said Rick Gage, the Georgia-based evangelist who leads Go Tell Ministries.
