Don Fugate is senior pastor at Foxworthy Baptist Church in San Jose, California, where he has served since 1983.
He is a graduate of California Baptist University (BA, 1976), Golden Gate Seminary (master of church music, 1978) and The Institute for Worship Studies (doctor of worship studies, 2004).
He is a published composer with Broadman Press and an adjunct faculty member of Gateway Seminary. He has twice served as board chair of the California Southern Baptist Convention Executive Board.
He and his wife, Diann, have two sons and four grandchildren.
