Superior service and personal response are marks of GuideStone’s work to help ministers start well, stay well and finish well, GuideStone President Hance Dilbeck told messengers at the 2026 SBC Annual Meeting.
“Guidestone is doing very well. God’s good hand has been upon us,” Dilbeck said in his report to the convention. “Member retirement savings are at an all-time high. Our investment assets are growing through wise active management. Our workforce has a culture that is healthy and strong, and our member service is superior.”
“Our reserves are robust so that we can be a reliable partner and keep our promises far into the future.”
Dilbeck said GuideStone is offering more resources to help pastors manage their finances well, including a pilot program for new ministers and a guide to help pastors advocate for salary and benefits.
