MinistrySafe was founded by legal professionals and sexual abuse experts, Gregory Love and Kimberlee Norris. Through their litigation practice representing victims of child sexual abuse, they recognized the vital need to equip churches and ministry programs to better protect children from sexual abuse. The risk is real, and it’s preventable. Prevention starts with awareness.
The Journey to a Safer Ministry Webinar Series is a monthly, one-hour series led by the husband-wife team of Love and Norris. Drawing from their sexual abuse legal work and advising organizations on prevention, each session is designed to help ministry leaders take steady, practical steps toward stronger child protection. Topics range from their most frequently requested areas, such as guidance on reporting, to more nuanced risks that are often overlooked, including peer-to-peer abuse and how to prevent it.
Each session equips participants to:
- Understand how sexual abuse risk presents in ministry settings
- Implement practical steps that can be applied immediately
- Strengthen a team’s ability to protect children in their care
The series is free to attend and open to both current MinistrySafe members and non-members.
