Obituaries

  • Charles L. “Les” Dale, residing pastor of First Baptist Church McLain, Mississippi, died Jan. 13. He was 66.
  • Frank Harmon, Baptist minister for more than 54 years (including First Baptist Church Newton for 19 years), died Jan. 13.
  • Owen Daniel “Bro. Danny” Kelley, pastor of Victory Baptist Church, Houlka, Mississippi, died Jan. 16. He was 75.
  • Frankie Charles Tomlinson, who was called to ministry after his retirement and served at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church for 7  years, died Jan. 29. He was 75.
