The State Convention of Baptists in Indiana Executive Board has elected Nicholas Ryan Clark as the convention’s next executive director. The decision follows a seven-month national search and interview process.
Clark will begin his new role Apr. 27, providing strategic leadership and ministry direction for Indiana Baptists.

Clark currently serves as pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Cadiz, Kentucky, and brings more than 15 years of pastoral experience, along with active involvement in Southern Baptist life at the associational, state and national levels. He and his wife, Callie, along with their four children, will relocate from Kentucky.
Clark holds a Ph.D. in evangelism from Southern Seminary and serves as an adjunct professor. He has also served in denominational leadership, including as a trustee for the International Mission Board.
