National Woman’s Missionary Union leaders streamlined their normal two-day meeting schedule into one afternoon for the upcoming WMU Missions Celebration and Annual Meeting, but they are confident it will not disappoint.
Set as a lead-in to the SBC Pastors Conference (see story here) because of its missions emphasis, the WMU meeting will be held June 13 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Nashville First Baptist Church.
With the theme Relentless Journey, the event will feature stories of God at work from field personnel serving with IMB and NAMB, national Acteens panelists and others.
Additional features will include an interactive prayer experience, music for worship and election of officers. Preregistration is required at wmu.com/nashville. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, space is limited.
