Lynn Loyd retires after 45 years of collegiate ministy

After 45 years of faithfully serving in college ministry throughout the state, Lynn Loyd has retired from the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.

Loyd was celebrated Nov. 8 with a retirement party at First Baptist Church Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Loyd was the longest serving employee with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, having been hired in 1980 to serve as campus minister at Southern Arkansas University.
