Beginning this year, First Baptist Church Shelbyville, Tennessee, is launching an effort to start five ethnic churches in Bedford County over the next 15 years.
On Baptism Sunday (April 7) First Baptist Church DeWitt, Arkansas, baptized five believers of Christ. Two more baptisms were scheduled for the next Sunday. “The Lord is working in our church a lot right now,” pastor Jimmy Albrecht said.
