Berean Bible Church in Manchester, Iowa, celebrated its one-year anniversary in July, the Baptist Convention of Iowa reported.
A group of core members launched the church, even amid COVID-19, and called Jake Hahnemann as pastor.
The young church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and has received SEND Network church planting support.
“My vision is to see every member pressing into the community with the gospel, ready to serve and share Christ,” said the pastor.
