Iowa pregnancy center celebrates ultrasound machine from ERLC

The Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission recently announced the donation of an ultrasound machine to the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

The effort is part of the ERLC’s Psalm 139 Project which focuses on the placement of ultrasound machines at pro-life pregnancy resource centers around the country. Many of these centers are unable to afford this important equipment on their own.

“Pregnancy resource centers like these are faithfully loving and walking with vulnerable mothers and children,” the ERLC said in a Facebook post, “both before and after pregnancy.”

In recent years, the Baptist Convention of Iowa has partnered with Agape through the Iowa Ministry Fund.
