Obituaries

• David Earl Tinsley Sr., former youth, music and senior adult minister at churches in Mississippi (Oakhurst Baptist Church, Clarksdale), Alabama, Arkansas and Georgia, died Jan. 12. He was 75.

• Lanny Haley is the new pastor of McCarley Baptist Church. 
• Rupert Ingram recently retired from McCarley Baptist Church.
• Jerry Roberson is the new pastor of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church, Meridian.
• Josh Patrick is the new pastor of New Zion Baptist Church, Braxton. 
• Nathan Seal is the new pastor of First Baptist Church Benndale, George-Greene Baptist Association.
