“I’m trying to avoid haphazard or rushed decisions. I’m more interested in methodical, systematic, real progress than I am haphazard or rushed decision-making that really doesn’t pay a benefit we need in the long run.”
“Real change means real change. Sometimes a patch won’t do,” Iorg said. He added that major change requires whatever new structures, policies, procedures and budgets are needed to successfully implement that change.
“Ministry is difficult, but it’s not complicated. It’s supposed to be simple. Share the gospel, make disciples, and build churches that send people to share the gospel, make disciples, and build churches,” Jeff Iorg said.
