At 9:30 a.m. on the third Sunday each month, 50 to 60 people begin gathering at Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii, in the city of Kapolei on the island of Oahu.
The group is not there for the water slides or luau but rather for worship.
Connections Church, led by David and Nancy Whitehead, is holding “preview” services at the water park before the church’s scheduled grand opening in September 2021, the Pacific Connector reported.
Spiritual decisions have been made in the Wet ‘n’ Wild worship services.
