After more than 47 years in ministry, Greg Crane has announced his retirement.
He currently serves as minister of music at First Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee, where he has served for the past eight years.
Crane also has served at churches in Alabama, North Carolina and Florida. A native Alabamian, Crane first served at Moundville Baptist Church in Alabama, while attending the University of Alabama. He later transferred to Samford University. He and his wife, Melanie, have two sons and two grandchildren.
Upon his retirement, they will move to Tuscaloosa to be near family.
