“The church is about the same size numerically as ours. They have a nice facility and it’s pretty good size, but it was devastated. When we gave the pastor the check, he was appreciative — blown away.”

“I think Southern Baptists give [through] the Cooperative Program primarily for our mission endeavors, our church planting and our seminary training,” Nick Sandefur told Kentucky Today. “I don’t see the value in decreasing that.”
